Networks Development for El Rehab City

New urban communities, such as Al Rehab City, are pivotal in addressing population growth and promoting balanced urban expansion. Located to ease overcrowding in Greater Cairo and the Delta region, Al Rehab City is a prime example of Egypt’s smart city initiative. Spanning about 65 feddans (27.3 hectares), it includes residential buildings, service facilities, and a mosque. Situated along key transportation routes, the city also boasts 6.5 feddans (2.73 hectares) of green spaces, combining urban living with recreational areas.

•  Stormwater drainage: 3.5 km network with pipe diameters ranging from 200 mm to 600 mm.
• Water supply: 5 km network with pipe diameters ranging from 90 mm to 355 mm.
•  Irrigation network: 4 km network with pipe diameters ranging from 32 mm to 110 mm.
•  Firefighting network: 4 km HDPE 200 mm pipes, PN16.
• Tank works: 2,000 m³ water tank for water supply, irrigation, and firefighting.
