Project Description

A major agricultural land reclamation project involving canals, water transmission pipelines, irrigation networks, pumping stations, pivot irrigation systems and extensive road networks across the New Valley and Toshka zones.

Scope of Work

  •  Preparation of shop drawings for all disciplines, including Hydraulic, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Control, MEP and Roads.
  •  Water transmission pipelines.
  •  Canals, including dimensions, alignment, cross-sections, material details, gates and spillways.
  •  134 boosters.
  •  Irrigation networks with diameters ranging from 160 to 1400 mm and a total length of 1,584 km.
  •  Valve chambers, valve sizes and installation details.
  •  Low-voltage network panels, circuit connections and specifications.
  •  Pivot irrigation systems, including detailed layouts and components.
  • Water transmission pipeline routing, structural design and material specifications.
