The Design review and Supervision tasks include:

• Review design and supervision of all plant units. Evaluate test results and review surveying works. Assist the client in handing over site dimensions, boundaries, and levels to the contractor. Review contractor schedules and execution methods, ensuring quality control adherence. Review civil works requirements and material sourcing. Perform cost analysis and manage the bill of quantities. Analyze payment certificates and resolve contractual issues. Monitor commissioning tests. Contribute to the creation of as-built documentation. Participate in both initial and final project handovers.
