Project Description

Pumping Station No. 2 located west of the Suez Canal, designed to supply and lift water to the Al-Mahismah Siphon using three working pumps and one standby pump.

Scope of Work

  • Preparation of shop drawings for Pumping Station No. 2.
  • Preparation of as-built drawings.
  •  Drawings for civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and associated disciplines.
  •  Pump house containing three working pumps and one standby pump.
  •  Each pump has a capacity of 4,000 L/sec. or 345,600 m³/day.
  •  Control panel building.
  •  Suction basin.
  •  Discharge basin.
  •  Administrative building.
  •  Guard room.
  • Fence and associated site works.
