Supervision of operation and maintenance activities for water, wastewater, and irrigation pumping stations in Sheikh Zayed City, covering 5 main pumping stations: Nile water transfer from Berqash to Sheikh Zayed (600 m³/h, H = 175 m), treated water pumping to the networks (4,688 m³/h, H = 119 m), SODIC North Zayed wastewater pumping to East Zayed Station (2,304 m³/h, H = 75 m), East Zayed wastewater pumping to Abu Rawash Treatment Plant (1,152 m³/h, H = 20 m), and Al Rabwa irrigation pumping to the irrigation network (600 m³/h, H = 24 m), including associated 10,000 m³ storage tanks.

24/7 monitoring and supervision of routine, preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance activities, covering mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, pumps, motors, generators, control panels, valves, pipelines, and SCADA systems.

Review and approval of contractor work programs, maintenance plans, schedules, and methodologies, while monitoring operational performance, equipment reliability, hydraulic capacity, and compliance with contractual and performance requirements.

Supervision of station cleaning, housekeeping, and general maintenance, including surrounding areas, and ensuring proper operation and preservation of all station assets.

Review and certification of contractor monthly invoices, progress and maintenance reports, with preparation of daily logs and monthly technical reports covering operational status, faults, maintenance activities, and key performance issues.

Review of shop drawings, RFIs, technical submittals, and as-built documentation, providing technical support and recommendations for troubleshooting, system improvements, asset preservation, and life extension.

Ensuring full compliance with HSE requirements at all stations and participation in preliminary and final handover inspections, including verification of system readiness and operational performance.
