The Southern Extension Area Infrastructures Utilities (12,000 Fed. / 5040 Hect.)

The project involves the planning, detailed engineering design, and construction supervision of infrastructure works in Sectors 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 8 of the Southern Extension Zone of New Cairo City, in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The total area covered by the project is approximately 12,000 feddans (about 50,40 hectares).The scope of work includes: Design of the primary and secondary networks for the following utilities: Potable water supply network, Wastewater (sewage) network, Stormwater drainage network, Medium and low voltage electrical networks, Telecommunications and fiber optic networks, Public lighting, Hydraulic and technical studies for network alignments, Preparation of shop drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
