Fire Protection Network Design and Supervision for an area of 880,801 m² Water Firefighting System: Powered by the existing fire pump network (1300 gallons/min at 6 bar), including fire pipes, sprinklers, and 14 double-type fire hose boxes (1-inch and 2.5-inch hoses)

Gas-based Fire Suppression: Total flooding aerosol gas system with integrated sensors and alarms

Automatic Sprinklers: Activated at 68°C, installed in administrative areas, warehouses, and areas with ceilings over 80 cm

Fire Valves: UL/FM certified, designed for 20 bar pressure, made of ductile iron

Manual Fire Extinguishers: CO2 (6 kg) and ABC powder (6 kg) extinguishers strategically placed throughout the factory

Fire Alarm System: Addressable system with heat and smoke detectors, including beam sensors for high-ceiling areas

Electrical Systems: Designed to meet the building’s electrical capacity

Escape Routes and Signage: Fire-resistant doors, wide escape routes, and clear emergency exit signage

Ventilation: Fire-resistant fans for effective smoke extraction

Emergency Lighting: Automatically activated during fire or power failure
