Project Description

Raville Compound, covering 1,355 feddans (569 hectares) in New Cairo, offers a luxurious lifestyle with modern architecture and extensive green spaces. It includes diverse residential units, essential services, and recreational amenities. The compound features:
  • A residential area
  • A commercial area with a business park, clubhouse, and commercial buildings
  • A service area with a hospital and hotel

Scope of Work

The full design package, covering all disciplines, includes:

  • Sewage Network: Approximately 40 km, with UPVC pipes ranging from 200 mm to 630 mm in diameter.
  • Stormwater Network: A 15,000 m³ stormwater management tank and 31 km of UPVC pipes (diam. from 110 mm to 630 mm).
  • Water Network: Two reservoirs (18,000 m³ and 26,500 m³ capacities) and 43.5 km of HDPE pipes (diam. from 110 mm to 800 mm).
  • Irrigation Network: A 15,000 m³ reservoir and 31.4 km of HDPE pipes (diam. from 110 mm to 630 mm).
  • Firefighting Network: Approximately 40.4 km of HDPE pipes (diam. from 160 mm to 200 mm).
  • Pump Station: A 60,000 m³/day capacity facility, covering 50 x 50 m, with plant units and a 3 km force main HDPE pipeline (800 mm diameter).
