Project Description

A comprehensive utilities infrastructure project for the parking area of the International Egypt Olympic City, covering stormwater storage, firefighting, low-voltage systems, smart networks, and parking-area lighting.

Scope of Work

Egypt’s International Olympic City in the New Administrative Capital is a state-of-the-art venue designed to host global sporting events like the Olympics. The city features world-class sports facilities, modern accommodations, and smart technologies for efficient management. Its parking design incorporates advanced low-current systems, including smart parking management, surveillance, access control, and real-time monitoring.

Design package and construction supervision of:

 

  • Stormwater storage tank with 4,500 m³ capacity connected to 10 km of UPVC pipes and 1 km of CHDPE pipes.
  •  Fire-fighting network: 13 km of HDPE pipes for the parking area and a network serving 34 secured low voltage chambers.
  •  Low voltage infrastructure including transformers, cables, electrical rooms, and related components.
  •  Extra low voltage network including Public Address (PA), Fire Alarm, CCTV Surveillance, Intercom, Communication Networks, and Access Control.
  •  Smart network solutions including energy management, smart lighting, integrated facility management, smart security, and telecommunications.
  • Parking area lighting system.
