Utilities in the Western Area of the Stock

The project is a key infrastructure development designed to meet the operational requirements of the financial district in the New Administrative Capital. It is part of the broader development plan for the New Administrative Capital, currently under construction in multiple phases, and is intended to support the expanding needs of Egypt’s new governmental and business hubs.

• Supervision of the main sewage pipeline, diameter 2250/2500 mm, with a length of 22 km.
•  Supervision of utility networks including water, sewerage, irrigation, and firefighting systems.
•  Sewage network: HDPE pipelines 160 mm to 500 mm totaling 5,470 meters, plus 630 mm HDPE pipes covering 990 meters.
•  Water network: HDPE pipelines 180 mm diameter with a length of 1,200 meters, 250 mm diameter with a length of 5,100 meters, 315 mm diameter with a length of 600 meters, and 355 mm diameter with a length of 80 meters.
•  Irrigation network: HDPE pipelines PN16, 110 mm diameter (2,600 meters), 160 mm diameter (3,500 meters), and 200 mm diameter (80 meters).
•  Firefighting network: HDPE pipe PN16 with diameter 180 mm and a length of 360 meters.
•  Valves, chambers, and all necessary accessories.
• Medium voltage networks: M.V. cables (3*240) mm2, L = 13 km.
•  Two service transformers 200 and 630 KVA.
•  One electrical distribution unit with structural works and supervision of finishing and electromechanical works.
•  Low voltage cables.
• Exterior lighting works.
