The Preparation of the complete detailed design package and Work Supervision for all hydraulic, mechanical, electromechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and civil works associated with the project alignment extending over 184 km, divided into three sections: Agricultural, Hydraulic, and Desert Sections. The water conveyance system comprises 50 km of trapezoidal open canal lined with stone masonry in the Agricultural Section, 58 km of trapezoidal concrete-lined open canal in the Desert Section, 51 km of rectangular reinforced concrete canal in the Hydraulic Section, and 3.6 km of elevated rectangular reinforced concrete canal from El Gharbiya Pumping Station to El Omoum Drain.The project includes 21 km of transmission pipelines with diameters of 2,200, 2,500, 2,600, 2,800, and 3,000 mm, constructed using steel, corrugated HDPE, and GRP pipes. Some pipeline sections comprise 6, 8, or 10 branches, with a total branch length of 210 km. The works also include a 150 m railway crossing structure comprising (8) pipelines of 2,500 mm diameter, and (9) road crossings beneath El-Dabaa Highway with a total length of 160 m. The project incorporates 12 pumping stations, including 6 pumping stations each with a design capacity of 7.5 million m³/day, including all civil, process, utility, medium- and low-voltage electrical works within station boundaries; 5 pumping stations each with a capacity of 6.5 million m³/day; 1 pumping station with a capacity of 1.0 million m³/day; and El Gharbiya Pumping Station with a capacity of 600,000 m³/day. The Consultant designed approximately 100 hydraulic structures, including control regulators, overflow weirs, culverts, inverted siphons, turnout structures, stilling basins, junction chambers, vehicular bridges, and pedestrian bridges. The Consultant also carried out the emergency hydraulic resilience study, including the design of 6 off-line emergency spill basins and 3 emergency pumping stations, each with a capacity of 800,000 m³/day, to return emergency flows to the main conveyance system. The scope included the design of the cathodic protection system for transmission pipelines and reinforced concrete canal structures, as well as a comprehensive SCADA system for monitoring, automation, and control of the entire 184 km conveyance system, including hydraulic parameters, pumps, motors, transformers, medium- and low-voltage equipment, automatic pump control, remote operation, data acquisition, alarms, and performance monitoring.The Consultant also completed the planning and detailed design of the operation, maintenance, and service roads along the full 184 km project corridor, including integration with the existing road network to provide access to all project facilities
