Project Description

The project involves the planning, detailed engineering design, and construction supervision of infrastructure works in Sectors 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 8 of the Southern Extension Zone of New Cairo City, in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The total area covered by the project is approximately 12,000 feddans (about 50,40 hectares).The scope of work includes: Design of the primary and secondary networks for the following utilities: Potable water supply network, Wastewater (sewage) network, Stormwater drainage network, Medium and low voltage electrical networks, Telecommunications and fiber optic networks, Public lighting, Hydraulic and technical studies for network alignments, Preparation of shop drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents. Supervision of the construction works on-site, including quality control, schedule monitoring, and safety compliance

Scope of Work

Design and supervision of the following utilities, including manholes, chambers, and related components:

Sewage / Storm Water Network: 120 km in length, using UPVC/HDPE pipes with diameters ranging from 315 mm to 3000 mm.

Water and Fire Protection Network: 140 km in length, using HDPE pipes with diameters ranging from 160 mm to 1500 mm.

Irrigation Network: 140 km in length, using HDPE pipes with diameters ranging from 110 mm to 1000 mm.
