Complete engineering detailed design and shop drawings of the wastewater collection network and treatment plant facilities. Hydraulic design and analysis of the wastewater network, including flow calculations, pipe sizing, profiles, manholes, and network layouts. Process design and hydraulic calculations for all WWTP units, including: Inlet works (approach channel, bar screens, and aerated grit removal chamber).

• Flow equalization tank, aerated Sequencing Batch Reactor (ASBR) biological treatment units, chlorination contact tanks, sludge thickening units, sludge drying beds, mechanical sludge dewatering facilities.
• Preparation of process design criteria, calculations, hydraulic profiles, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Detailed multidisciplinary engineering design including: Civil and structural design of treatment units, pumping stations, pipelines, chambers, and associated structures.
• Mechanical design and selection of process equipment, pumps, blowers, mixers, screens, and sludge handling equipment.
• Electrical, instrumentation, control, and SCADA design.

Preparation of detailed engineering drawings for the wastewater network and treatment facilities. Preparation of technical specifications for civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works. Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents. Coordination between all engineering disciplines to deliver a complete tender-ready
